The kosher restaurants, bakeries, a big kosher supermarket and most shuls cluster in the residential Jewish quarter around Via Soderini and Via Washington (Bande Nere / Wagner metro), 20 minutes west of the Duomo. In the centre, Beit Chabad by the Duomo has minyanim, a weekday meat lunch and Shabbos meals.
